The NET development team have come up with a working list of stop
names. We want your views on the names - can you think of anything
better, or have we got them about right? Please note that as the
detailed design process continues over the next few months, the
stop positions may change.

Clifton via Wilford route - Line Two
- Nottingham Station - Serves the mainline railway station via
a new concourse (see masterplan
page). Allows through services to the city centre and the
north of the city on Line One, without needing to change trams.
- Meadows Centre - Serves the centre of the Meadows and the Queen's
Walk Community Centre.
- Queen's Walk - Serves the south of the Meadows residential area.
- Wilford Village - Serves the residential area of Wilford Village,
the Nottingham Emmanuel School and St. Patrick's Catholic Primary
School.
- Wilford Lane - Serves the residential area of Wilford Lane and
the top of Ruddington Lane.
- Compton Acres - Serves the residential areas of South Wilford
and Compton Acres.
- Ruddington Lane - Serves a possible small Park and Ride site
for traffic from Ruddington, the residential area of Silverdale
and the South Notts. and Wilford Industrial Estate.
- Southchurch Drive North - Serves the north end of Clifton.
- Rivergreen - Serves the residential area around Southchurch
Drive and the medical centre.
- Clifton Centre - Serves the retail centre of Clifton, the leisure
centre, the library and local health centres.
- Holy Trinity - serves the south end of Southchurch Drive.
- Pastures Avenue - serves the residential area of Farnborough
Road.
- Clifton Park and Ride - attracts car users from the busy A453
and M1 (Junction 24) and the possibility of feeder buses from
nearby areas.
