Pre –Inquiry Meeting

The Pre-Inquiry Meeting took place on Thursday 6th September 2007, at 10:00am at The Britannia Hotel, 1 St James’s Street, Nottingham NG1 6BN.

The purpose of the Pre-Inquiry Meeting was to provide an opportunity for procedural and administrative matters relating to the inquiry to be explained and discussed with all interested parties.

It was not for the purpose of hearing evidence – that is a matter for the inquiry itself.  The issues discussed at the meeting were to help ensure that the inquiry runs smoothly and efficiently, saving time and expense for all concerned.

Minutes of the Pre-Inquiry Meeting have been sent to all statutory objectors, and to those wishing to appear at the inquiry. They are also available below.
